Return Eligibility Window
We support a 60-day return service for all purchased products from the date customers receive their parcels. All return applications need to be submitted within the valid return period to qualify for official after-sales processing.
Return Requirements

Products for return must remain intact, unused and unopened with original complete packaging attached.

Products damaged due to improper personal use, artificial destruction or wrong operation will not be eligible for return or refund service.

All return requests must be initiated via our official Contact page; no return applications accepted through other unofficial channels.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm all return conditions are met, the full refund will be initiated officially. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing rules of the customer’s original payment bank or payment platform.
Special Notes
Our store covers all logistics costs generated by normal order delivery. Return shipping fees shall be borne by customers unless product quality problems are confirmed on our side. All settlement currency for refunds is unified as US Dollar.
